After Cluj being last year Cluj the "European Capital of Youth", the town that received the rank in 2016 is Ganja, Azerbaijan.

On this occasion, Alexandra Stan was invited to hold a concert for celebrating the moment. On the stage also came on In-Grid, the performer of the hit "Tu es foutu", who revolutionized the music charts 10 years ago.

With millions of fans and numerous concerts worldwide, Alexandra Stan confesses that "I was honored to sing at all the events from various countries, which encourage youth involvement in social and cultural activities. In Azerbaijan, I found that volunteering, job creation for young people and education are among the priorities of Ganja city in 2016."

Ganja became the first "European Youth Capital" outside the EU.
